Lenox, New York
Lenox, which has about 9,000 residents, is a town located on the northern side of Madison County, New York, west of the City of Oneida. It was settled in 1792 and was formed as a town in 1809 as an offshoot of the Town of Sullivan.
Michaels & Smolak has represented many residents in the Lenox and Madison County area, including a plaintiff who ended up with permanent nerve damage and chronic, severe pain after a physician performed an unnecessary and incorrect procedure. Michaels & Smolak is known, and well respected, by the legal community in all of upstate New York, where they frequent county courthouses, including the Madison County Courthouse, to advance the cases of their severely injured clients.
Although the personal injury lawyers of Michaels & Smolak are willing to, and do, travel to their clients’ homes, including in Lenox and Madison County, to meet with them, some clients prefer the professional atmosphere of our law offices in Syracuse, Liverpool and Auburn. Directions to the Syracuse office can be found HERE.
